Can I cancel a tow after I have booked it?
Yes, you can cancel a tow unless we have already despatched the tow truck. Once we have despatched a truck unfortunately the job cannot be cancelled.
Are you insured?
Yes, Every vehicle is fully insured for your protection and peace of mind
Do you accept cash payments?
Yes, cash payments are prefered and a receipt can be provided
How quickly can you get here?
Time varies for every tow however an ETA will be provided upon booking
What areas do you tow in?
Generally we tow in south east Brisbane's Redlands area like Victoria point, Cleveland, Capalaba, Redland bay and surrounding suburbs, however all requests are considered.
What are your trading hours?
Monday to Friday 6am - 7pm. After hours and weekends considered upon request.
